Based on our findings during the research phase, a strategic recommendation is made of the candidate(s) that will meet your requirements. Key factors in the selection process refer back to the challenges we uncovered during discovery and research.
After making contractual agreements, your chosen candidate commences at your school and starts the position, enriching your curriculum. As we work our way through checklist items, we remain in communication with the teacher, gaining frequent updates as we move forward and our clients remains the priority as we keep working towards ensuring your requirements are fulfilled.
